Moroccan emissary carries message to Qathafi

Speaker of the Moroccan House of Representatives, Abdelouahed Radi, emissary of King Mohammed VI to Colonel Muammar al-Qathafi, arrived Tuesday in Tripoli carrying a message to the Libyan leader.

According to a release of the House of Representatives, the speaker is representing Morocco at the celebrations marking the 35th anniversary of September 1st Revolution. Radi highlighted in a press briefing, upon arrival to the Libyan capital, the friendship and cooperation binding the two countries in all fields.
