Originally published

A couple of Moroccan nationals, living in Germany, was sent to prison Tuesday in Algesiras, Southern Spain, after a relative was found dead in their car trunk last weekend, Spanish police said.

The man suffocated to death in the car trunk where the couple hid him, trying to smuggle him to Germany.

A rescue team failed to revive the suffocated 25 year old man, at a beach close to Caidz.

The two children of the couple were sent to the host center "La Linea de la conception," the police said, underlining that the man, 41, and his wife, 24, have been indicted for manslaughter.
