In a meeting Thursday with parliamentarians of the Mauritanian region, speaker of the House of Advisors, Mustapha Oukacha, underlined the importance of the convention in the consolidation of the process of cooperation between the two states given the economic and cultural potentials of the regions of Rabat-Sae-Zemmour-Zaer and Gorgol.
