Moroccan-French 'strong strategic partnership', a model of North-South relations

Morocco's King Mohammed VI on Wednesday underlined the "strong strategic partnership" between Morocco and France, saying it gives "a good illustration of what could be the ideal relations between North and South."

This came in a congratulations message the monarch sent to French President Jacques Chirac on the occasion of France's national day (14th July).
