Azmi Beshara continues his sit in against the wall

Originally published

Palestinian intellectual Azmi Beshara on Friday underlined the necessity to mass international efforts which halt Israel's building of the segregation wall in the Palestinian territories, warning of such drive consequences.

In a statement to Emirates al-Bayan newspaper, Beshara said this wall has aimed at isolating the occupied Jerusalem city from its Arab and Islamic surrounding and controlling Muslims and Christians holy sites while establishing a concentration camp for Palestinians there.

Beshara, who is continuing his hunger strike for the ninth successive day to protest the wall's construction, called to put down a unified and organized Palestinian strategy that confronts the wall building and divulge its goals.

" there must be a world wide protest against Israel's schemes as popular organizations have to reactivate actions countering it," Beshara said.
