After postponing his surgery, Egypt embassy in Germany: Mubarak's health condition is good

The Egyptian embassy in Germany said yesterday that President Hosni Mubarak who is receiving medical therapy in Germany for his backbone in Munich hospital is in a good condition, denying news that he is in a grave condition.

These assurances come following the postponement of a surgery for President Mubarak for several days. A matter which was explained by supervising doctors for giving ordinary medical therapy a chance which might be of a good result.

The Egyptian President (76 year old) arrived in Germany on Sunday to make the operation amid the escalated rumors on his health condition after he had postponed two meetings this month with each of the Israeli foreign minister Silvan Shalom and the Palestinian prime minister Ahmad Qurei', But he appeared to the public standing on Wednesday and talked to journalists while standing.
