The Jordanian Foreign minister Marwan Muasher yesterday discussed in Amman with the Palestinian prime minister Ahmad Qurei' arrangements concerning the Arab summit and the Israeli separation plans.

The Jordanian News agency Petra said that Qurei' told journalists that the " meeting falls on the course of a series of Arab- Palestinian meetings and consultations to withstand the requirement of the current phase and its requirements in the context of the attempt to convene the summit, which we do hope to be as soon as possible."

He explained he had also discussed the unilateral separation plan with the Palestinian side. He said that the Jordanian King Abdullah "will brief the US President George Bush during his visit to Washington on April 21 on the full conditions in the region."
