Syrian- Yemeni oil agreement signed Damascus

Syria's Minister of Oil and Mineral Resource, Ibrahim Haddad, and his Yemeni counterpart, Rashid Saleh Barbaa, signed on Wednesday a bilateral cooperation agreement in the field of oil, gas, and mineral resources for cooperation in the field of transporting and storing oil as well as marketing gas.

The agreement also provides for cooperation in the field of establishing pipes and tanks, cooperation in the fields of refining and petrochemicals, exchanging expertise in those domains and cooperation in the field of oil exploration and making technical surveys.
