Hours after three American soldiers are killed, two Iraqis working for CNN killed

Two workers in the US TV network CNN were killed and a third was wounded in an ambush implanted against them at the outskirts of the capital Baghdad.

CNN said its journalists team was on its way coming back to Baghdad from a mission to the south of Iraq when attackers opened fire at them, and this resulted in killing the driver of the team and a producer and a translator carrying the Iraqi nationality. A third Photographer was injured.

The attack comes hours after the American occupation forces announced the killing of three of its soldiers in a large explosion which hit al-Khaladeyah area to the west of Baghdad earlier in the day.
