Jordanian committee deplores Sharon statement of separation wall
The Arab and Foreign Relations Committee at the Jordanian House of Representatives ( Parliament ) denounced irresponsible statements by Israeli Premier Ariel Sharon on Jordan's rejection of the Apartheid wall being built by Israel in the West Bank.
The committee, in a statement issued Tuesday, described Sharon's statements as racist and reckless threats, adding that Sharon wants the whole world to agree to his criminal practices against the Palestinian people with full backing of the U.S. administration.
The committee stressed that Sharon's statements endanger world peace and security. It called on the Jordanian government to disclose the racist nature of Sharon's threats, and to work with Arabs and friends across the world to condemn Israel's careless policy which seeks to endanger the whole region.
