Qaddomi and peace with Israel

PLO Head of the Political Department Farouk Kaddoumi praised President Bashar Al-Assad's stances in confronting the threats under which Syria are exposed to.

Qaddomi, while on a visit to the Palestinian Rashedya Refugee camp near the southern Lebanese city of Tyre, said Israel's Sharon isn't working to achieve peace in the Middle East. The PLO official said that "we want peace without prejudice to our people, particularly the right of return home."
