Iraqi police completely corrupt
Ken Pollack, a US expert from the Brookings Institutions who had just returned from Iraq told CNN on 12/2/2003 that, ever since the US main leader who was in charge of the Iraqi police training left Iraq, "the Iraqi police has become completely corrupt."
