About 19 tons of hashish seized in Tangiers port since january

The police has seized, since January 1st, 2003, 18.9 tons of hashish in the port of Tangiers (northern Morocco).

The police operations also resulted in the arrest of 130 Moroccan nationals and 108 foreigners for drugs possession. Meanwhile, 138 vehicles and 19 trucks that were used for the transport of the banned substance were seized.
