Arab parliamentary forum for population, development to gather in Rabat December 3-5

The fourth meting of the Arab parliamentary forum for population and development will be meeting here December 3 through 5.

Participants will examine issues related to population, development, youth and women in the Arab states divided on four main themes: Arab states' populations and development achievements, Arab women's situation during the last 5 years, populations' situation and poverty in the Arab states, and reproductive health of Arab youths: rights and services.

The secretary general of the forum will be presenting a report on the follow-up of previously adopted recommendations and will draft the "Rabat Declaration."
