Ethiopian primier receives Libyan foreign liaison secretary

The Ethiopian Prime Minister, Meles Zenawi, received yesterday Libya's Secretary of the Foreign Liaision Bureau and International Cooperation who conveyed to him a message from Libya's leader on developing relations in various fields, JANA reported yesterday.
