News on nearby meeting between Sharon, Qrei
One Israeli TV station reported that the Israeli prime minister Ariel Sharon might meet with the Palestinian prime minister Ahmad Qrei after his forming the plenary Palestinian government in the next few days.
The same source said that Israel may seize this opportunity to take fundamental measures to alleviate pressure on the Palestinians in which the occupation forces impose siege and closure in Palestinian cities.
Commenting on these news, former minister in the Palestinian government Yasser Abed Rabbu said that "Sharon might resort to deception methods every time he finds himself in an internal bottleneck, especially as there is a support from certain Israeli circles following Geneva initiative and international stances concerning it," a reference to a group of Israelis and Palestinian that met in Geneva and reportedly were working successfully on a peace agreement that would be mailed to all Israelis to see for their approval.
