Egypts wants Arab leaders to reform of the Arab league

Egypt's President Hosni Mubarak said yesterday that he urged amending the Arab League Charter, noting that Egypt prepared a draft charter and distributed it to all the Arab states and the League.

The proposed charter is currently being studied and will be reviewed at the League's ministerial council in preparation for referring it to the Arab League, the president added.
