Moroccan king and Russian president to endeavor for consolidating ties

Morocco's King Mohammed VI of Morocco and Russian president, Vladimi Putin, agreed, here Thursday, to endeavor for consolidating bilateral relations and give them a new impetus that matches the longstanding friendship bonds between the two peoples.

The Moroccan and the Russian president, who held talks during a lunch held on the first day of the 10th summit of the Organization of the Islamic Conference, also expressed resolve to deepen political consultations between the two countries and reinforce cooperation and strategic partnership relations established between the two countries.
