Mrs. Mubarak Zinhum housing project classic example of employing voluntary efforts

Egypt's First Lady Mubarak presided Saturday over a meeting of the Egyptian Red Crescent on continuing the construction of the second phase of Zinhum housing project that will see the construction of 50 housing units in Zinhum district, Cairo. She said that the second phase served as a classic example of employing voluntary efforts in developing societies.
