Annan: Donor conference may be delayed until a good resolution is adopted

United Nations Secretary-General Kofi Annan said yesterday that "ideally" he would like to see a new resolution on Iraq passed before the convening of a donor's conference on that country, scheduled for later this month in Madrid, saying it is more important to get a good resolution than a quick resolution.
