Khaddam confers with Barazani

Syria's Vice President Abdulhaleem Khaddam received on Wednesday the Leader of the Kurdish National Democratic Party - member of the Iraqi Interim Governing Council -- Masoud al Barazani.

Talks during the meeting dealt with the situation in Iraq, the Iraqi People's suffering and the need to boost the national unity in order to end the occupation and reconstruct the Iraqi state and its institutions.
