Aznar in Libya

The Spanish prime minister Jose Maria Aznar started yesterday a visit to Libya after the UN security council lifted sanctions from Libya last week following a settlement for the Lockerbie issue.

A Spanish governmental source said that Aznar wants to take part in the diplomatic efforts aiming at reintegrating Libya on the ground of "a positive position" within the international community.
