Egypt calls for proper guarantees to ICC

Egypt's permanent delegate to the UN Ahmed Abul Gheit said the member states of the International Criminal Court (ICC) didn't complete their mission in concluding a clear-cut and agreed upon definition of the aggression crime and the court's mechanism to be applied in this kind of crimes.

He called for giving proper guarantees to the ICC to fulfil its mission neutrally and independently besides the enforcement of its authority on whomever commits crimes against humanity and those who violate the international law and ignite wars.
