Al- Assad gets a message from King Abdullah conveyed by Jordanian premier

Syria's President Bashar Al-Assad received on Tuesday Jordanian Prime Minister Ali Abul Ragheb.

Abul Ragheb handed President Al-Assad a letter from Jordanian King Abdullah II pertaining to the situation in Iraq and the occupied Palestinian territories.

Talks during the meeting dealt with the relations between the two states and coordination regarding the standing issues.

Later on, Abul Ragheb left after a short visit to Damascus where he was seen off by Prime Minister Mohammad Mustafa Miro, Jordanian Ambassador to Damascus and the embassy staff.
