Security, stability and sovereignty of the state are crucial for the preservation of citizens' rights and liberties and for the thriving of a productive economy, Moroccan premier, Driss Jettou, told the House of Representatives on Thursday as he represented the government's action over the last eight months.

"Genuine democracy is only achieved through attachment to sacred values and if all public life actors adhere to responsibility, he stressed adding that continuing the fight against all forms of deviation and obscurantism require more vigilance and a higher sense of responsibility from public authorities, political organizations, media, and associations to make law and justice prevail.
