Necessity to form new charter to Arab League

The Arab League Secretary General Amr Moussa said that: the Charter of the Arab League must be reconsidered and the Arab states already agree upon amending the Charter of the Arab League and we do have some amendments from some Arab states to be discussed, and I advocate the calls of President Mubarak, the Saudi Crown Prince and the Libyan leader and other heads of state for reconsidering the entire rules that govern the Arab states in order to have a modern Arab League for coping with world development.
