Islamic Conference calls for stopping the war against Iraq

The Organization of the Islamic Conference has called on the United States and Britain to stop their war against Iraq stressing the necessity of solving the Iraqi issue peacefully in line with the United Nations resolutions.

In a statement issued yesterday in Riyadh,the OIC Secretary General of the Association, stressed that all Islamic nations and organizations expressed regret for the war option that the United States and Britain adopted instead of the peaceful solution that the whole world called for.
