Non-Aligned Movement: Iraq's peaceful disarmament should lead to sanctions lifting

Malaysia, in its capacity as chair of the 116-member nations of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM), wants the current disarmament efforts in Iraq not to be an end in itself but a step towards the lifting of sanctions in accordance with the Security Council Resolution 687.
