- AL chief gets Kuwaiti complaint against Lebanon's administration of Arab FMs meeting
The secretary general of the Arab league AL Amr Moussa yesterday in Cairo received an official message of complaint from Kuwait on the way Lebanon had run the emergency meeting of the Arab foreign ministers which was held last Sunday.
