Iraqi minister exempted from post

The Iraqi al-Shabab ( youths) TV announced that a presidential decree was issued yesterday stated to retire the Iraqi oil minister Amer Muhammad Rasheed because he is at the age of retirement.

The TV explained that Samir Abdul Aziz al-Najm was appointed as acting minister of oil.
