Three American doctors killed in Yemen

A Yemeni official said yesterday that an armed Yemeni man killed by bullets three American doctors and wounded a fourth in a hospital run by Christian men of religion to the south of Yemen before he was arrested.

Yemeni medical sources said that the attacker, a university student from al-Eyman university of Zammar governorate, equipped by a machine gun opened its fire at workers in the Baptist university in Jableh, where a morning event was convened.

Sources at the American embassy in Sanaa said that the victims are Americans and they are working at Jableh hospital at Ab province which is 170 Km to the south of the capital, Sanaa.
