Iraqi parliament recommends for rejecting UN resolution 1441

The Iraqi National Council yesterday submitted a recommendation for the Iraqi political leadership provides for rejecting UN security council no. 1441.

The speaker of the council Sadoun Hammadi said that the council's 250 members voted in conclusion of an emergency session held yesterday for this recommendation which authorizes the Iraqi leadership to take the appropriate decision.
