Kuwait: releasing 12 arrested following Filka attack

Kuwaiti lawyers said that the attorney released under a guarantee some 12 suspects, many of whom after two Kuwaitis killed one American trooper and wounded another in an operation said to be carried out by al-Qaida organization.

The lawyers ass that the 12 persons were released at a guarantee that ranged between 100- 500 dinars ( 330- 1650 dollars). The chairman of the defense team Najib al-Waqyan said that 6 Kuwaitis are still detained, five of them are from al-Kandari tribe and they are aging between 17- 24 year old and also include two brothers.
