Sharon shortens visit to the US

The Israeli prime minister Ariel Sharon has decided to shorten his visit due to be held to the USA in mid October to be only limited to meeting with the US President George Bush.

The Israeli radio said that it was due that Sharon will visit New York to meet with heads of the Jewish organizations in the USA, but it was decided to cancel that because of what the radio called the security conditions in the Palestinian areas.
