Kuwait's Amir discusses bilateral relations with Bulgarian counterpart

Kuwait's Amir discussed during his meeting on Tuesday with the Bulgarian President Georgi Barmanov bilateral relations between the two countries and means of strengthening them in all fields.

The two leaders also discussed latest debated issues on the international arena.
