Qatar's foreign ministers heads for Asmara, Sanaa today

The Qatari foreign minister Sheikh Hamad Bin Jasem Bin Jaber al-Thani will today hold a visit to Eritrea which will last for several hours and will be followed by another visit to Yemen.

According to well-informed diplomatic sources, the minister will meet in each Asmara and Sanaa with the Eritrea's President Asyas Afourki and the Yemeni President Ali Abdullah Saleh in order to discuss further strengthening of bilateral cooperation with the two countries as well as exchanging view points concerning the developments on the Iraqi and Palestinian files and several other regional and international issues of mutual concern.
