Kuwait's crown prince heads for Britain for medical test
Kuwaiti crown prince and prime minister, Sheikh Saad Al-Abdullah Al-Salem Al-Sabah, left Kuwait on Tuesday heading for Britain in a private visit during which he will undergo "medical tests," according to the Kuwaiti official news agency.
In 1997, a surgery was held for Sheikh Saad ( 73 year old) on his stomach. Since then he has been making visits to Britain and the US in order to make routine tests. His last visit to Britain was in the spring of 2002. Sheikh Saad has been the prime minister for successive Kuwaiti governments for 24 years.
