Butaflika: fighting terrorism is obligatory for the whole world

The Algerian President Abdul Aziz Butaflika said on Wednesday that the whole world is responsible for fighting terrorism.

Butaflika added upon opening the governmental meeting for members of the African federation on preveting terrorism and fighting it, that this war against terrorism is but an "obligatory war for the whole international family." He added "Doubtless, terrorism is but a criminal institution and cannot be legallized." The Algerian president also added that one of the "main challenges in the 21st century " will be organizing "an international answer" to "international terrorism."
