Syria: opening foreign currency accounts for residents, non residents,without asking for their source

Syrian minister of the economy and foreign trade Ghassan al-Rafe'a has issued decision no 690 which provides for the opening of foreign- currencies accounts at the Syrian Commercial Bank, for residents, or non residents, fed by "transfers and checks or banknotes without asking about their source."
