ICRC visits al-Deirani, Obeid

The International Committee of the Red Cross ICRC in Geneva on Friday said it had visited the two Lebanese officials who are detained in the Israeli jails Mustafa al-Deirani and Sheikh Abdul Karim Obeid.

The spokeswoman for the ICRC Jit Sorinson said that the ICRC visited Sheikh Obeid four times between the end of 1999 and October 2002 and met for the first time Sheikh Mustafa al-Deirani last Sunday. The spokeswoman refused to define the place where the two Lebanese are held in Israel.
