Old civilization discovered in Sudan
The Canadian archeologist Christoph Kresky has discovered a royal palace to the north of Sudan of an area estimated at 400 square meters that dates back to the Marwa's civilization, 2000 BC.
In a statement he made in Khartoum on Wednesday Kresky said that this new discovery belongs to the ancient Kingdom of Marwa, noting that part of it was exposed to a fire in Marwa, the royal capital for the Nubians.
