Moroccans march sunday in solidarity with Palestinian people
The Moroccan association of support to the struggle of the Palestinian people, supported by several political parties, trade unions and non-governmental organizations, will stage on Sunday in Rabat a march in solidarity with the Palestinian people.
The march will be the largest ever in Morocco's history, Khalid Soufiani, head of the Moroccan association of support to the struggle of the Palestinian people, said on Friday.
Soufiani said he was confident that all Moroccans, regardless of their trends, will participate in the march to show their full and unconditional solidarity with the Palestinian people and their national leadership, headed by President Yasser Arafat.
The Rabat march will send President Arafat strong signals that "Moroccans are all Palestinians and that they will never let the Palestinian people down," he insisted.
The march is also a message to the United States, rejecting Washington's "backing to the Zionist crimes," he added.
