New marriage instructions in Jordan

Supreme judge in Jordan Ezz Eddine al-Khatib gave instructions stated to legalize marriages of peoples under 18 year old ( the marriage age in Jordan) and this has to be within certain conditions.

The instructions say that the legal judge can ratify a marriage contract for a bride and a bride groom or both at 15 year old but under the condition that the bridegroom will be capable of spending for a living and paying the dowry, besides if such a marriage will be the means to avoid adultery, the judge to investigate the consent of the bride and the marriage contract to be approved by the father.
