Kuwait hosts first Islamic banks exhibition next October

Kuwait will host next October the first exhibition of the kind of Islamic banks and companies with participation of several Islamic countries, reports the Kuwaiti news agency (KUNA).

The exhibition will display products and services offered by Islamic banks and financial institutions, Islamic satellite channels and publishing centers.

A member of the organizing committee was quoted by KUNA as saying the number of Islamic financial institutions in Kuwait has exceeded 15 in the past 10 years

The exhibition will be held under the patronage of Kuwait's minister of Awqaf and Islamic affairs and minister of justice Ahmad Baqer.
