Arab League to submit a report on Arab boycott of Israel to Beirut's summit
The Kuwaiti daily al-Watan said in its Sunday's issue that the Arab League (AL) is preparing a report on the Arab's boycott of Israel, noting that this report will be submitted to the forthcoming Arab summit conference.
The paper said that a work team and at the directives of the AL secretary general has prepared a report on the boycott and the need of severing relations and contacts between Arab sides and Israel so as to submit this report to the summit in implementation of the decision taken by the emergency meeting of the Arab foreign ministers held recently.
The paper quoted well informed sources as saying that the outlines of the report indicate revision of the process of boycotting of Israel and its progress following the Madrid 1991's conference and the nature and extent of Arab contacts and relations with Israel, the recommendation to keep the Arab boycott of Israel as first grade and also the same for other Israeli companies or other companies having Israeli capitals in its budget, as well as Arab abidance to this report as a support paper to the Palestinian negotiator in the negotiations with the Palestinian side..
