Constitutional council declares finance bill conform to constitution
The Moroccan constitutional council turned down a request tabled by some representatives challenging the constitutionality of the 2002 finance law.
After the council ruling, the finance law will enter into force starting this January 1st, 2002 in conformity with the relevant constitutional provisions.
