Originally published

The political advisor for the Egyptian President Osama al-Baz has ruled out the convening of an Arab summit unless there will be certain and clear decisions to be issued by it.

Al-Baz who was talking in a massive meeting with students of Almina university in the " Upper Egypt" said that President Mubarak is making contacts and meetings with all Arab leaders concerning new developments concerning the Palestinian question and the attacks against the Palestinian people. He indicated that the rapid and positive moves of the Egyptian diplomacy have regional and international effect due to the due respect Egypt gets from all.

Al-Baz explained that it is the right of the Palestinians to defend their lands to end the Israeli occupation. He indicated that what has been made by Israel is but a state terrorism, adding that Israel will pay a dear price if it continues its aggressive policy.

He said that three fourths of the world has become of full understanding of the rights of the Palestinian people and only it is the American position which stands in contrary to that.
