A call to found an Arab Insurance market

Sources at the Arab Insurance federation have called for founding a common Arab Insurance market to withstand the requirements of globalization and liberalizing the world trade, including the services sector.

The sources stressed the need of the openness of Arab Insurance companies to vaster and more comprehensive insurance services so as to comply with international and economic changes rapidly invading the world.

These sources stressed that the Arab Insurance installments are USD 6 billion annually, representing three per one thousand of the Insurance installments in the world, for, simultaneously at billions of US dollars in countries which are considered in natural resources, source income and population in comparison with the Arab states.
