Ruler of Kuwait returns back home very soon

The Ruler of Kuwait Sheikh Jaber al-Ahmad al-Sabah has addressed his annual speech to the Kuwaiti people in which he stressed that " the united Kuwait is our source of might and a guarantee for our own existence."

In his televised speech from his residence in London where he is spending a special vacation after recovery from brain attack he had on September 21, Sheikh Jaber announced he will return back very soon to the homeland.

However, press reports indicated that Sheikh Jaber would return to Kuwait on December 25th.

Since 15 years Sheikh Jaber used to deliver a speech in the 10 last days of Ramadan in which he usually deals with local and international political issues and in the recent five years Sheikh Jaber deals with internal issues.

Sheikh Jaber concentrated in his current speech on the national unity and the solidarity and steadfastness of the internal front.

In his recorded televised speech, Sheikh Jaber thanked world states leaders who made assurances about his good health during the medical treatment period.

Meantime, Kuwait is preparing to receive Sheikh Jaber. The ministries of information and education have prepared special programs coincide with the return back of Sheikh Jaber.

December 31st this year marks the 23rd anniversary of Sheikh Jaber being in power and under his leadership Kuwait has witnessed notable economic progress and a great prosperity.
