18 Moroccan candidates to illegal emigration arrested

18 Moroccan candidates to illegal emigration were arrested Thursday off the shores of the Spanish southern city of Almeria. The group of undocumented travelers, including three minors, were intercepted while they were on board a small boat.

They were handed to the Spanish police pending their repatriation.
